Farfugium japonicum

An evergreen perennial that does not wither its green leaves even in winter. It grows naturally on the coast and mountains of Japan. It blooms like yellow chrysanthemums in autumn and winter. It also grows in the shaded areas of the Second Sea Fort (e.g. under solar panels).
