Scientific name:Lysimachia mauritiana
English name: spoonleaf yellow loosestrife

Lysimachia mauritiana is a perennial plant of the Primrose family. It grows on the coast.  White flowers of about 1 cm bloom from May to June. What looks red in the photo is the fruit after the flower.
